Important points to consider are:
1. Have the correct names, titles and contact details of the person or people who interviewed you to hand.
2. Send your thank you note as soon as possible after the interview, preferably within 24 hours.

Always check for spelling and grammar. Nothing is worse than a page full of mistakes. I suggest you have someone proof read your interview thank you note. Check, check and check again!
Check the spelling of the interviewer's name and his or her correct job title.
If your thank you notes are typed, always hand write your signature.
